Product Maintenance

Product setup and design are driven by 1000's of data tables which make it easy to customise and configure policies to your business' specific needs and requirements.


Policy schedules are e-mailed to clients directly from the system, providing full maillog of previous communication. Hard copy documentation can be scanned and stored against the client, policy of claim level.

Changes to a policy do not overwrite previous information, changes are version controlled, and access controlled.

Business Intelligence and reporting

Business intelligence is based on your needs, custom dashboard selected from the more than 50 system standard reports means that setup time to analyse your business decreases significantly.

Several parties have specific reporting requirements either in the form of hard copies or electronic files, thus several formats are already available.


The claims module records and logs all relevant transactions against each claim. These include initial claims registration, upward or downward adjustment of estimates, creation of multiple quote candidates, acceptance of quotes, payments, salvages and recoveries.

Loss ratio management are available on several levels from claim, section, sub-section, item, based on a 365th earned premium calculation methods.

Financial Management

Financial transactions generated by the system are visible and available immediately after an update, with detailed calculation visibility and the policy can be endorsed again, if required, immediately thereafter.
